On average, we need between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including to the address).
We only ship to the address you provided during checkout. If you have any questions, please email us.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on returned packages.Please note: If your package is in transit, you will have to wait for it to arrive and ship it back before you can receive a refund.
You can cancel your order without incurring any costs! You must cancel your order before it is shipped.

After the 24 hours have passed, no refund will be given.
